2. Service Description

LayoutCrown Web Studio provides professional web design, development, and digital marketing services. Our services include but are not limited to: custom website design, responsive web development, e-commerce platform creation, mobile application development, search engine optimization, content management system integration, and ongoing website maintenance and support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients. All service modifications will be communicated through our standard communication channels.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and throughout their use of our services. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. This includes but is not limited to: uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in activities that could harm our reputation or other users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LayoutCrown Web Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for custom design services, clients receive full ownership rights to the final website designs created specifically for their projects. LayoutCrown Web Studio retains rights to design methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge developed during the project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval.

Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment platforms. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your specific service agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LayoutCrown Web Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and whether LayoutCrown Web Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In case of project termination by the client, any work completed up to the termination date will be billed, and a termination fee may apply as specified in your project contract. Clients retain rights to work completed and paid for prior to termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications that may affect your use of our services.
